Automatic Renewal Subscription Authorization Policy

I understand and agree that my Fun Squad Club membership will automatically renew until I cancel it. I authorize Kids Fun TV, LLC to charge my selected payment method for the membership level, billing frequency, and recurring amount shown in my order summary.

The specific membership level, billing frequency, recurring charge, and number of enrolled members applicable to my purchase are identified in my order summary and in the membership pricing table below.

My membership will continue on an ongoing basis and will automatically renew at the end of each applicable billing period—monthly, quarterly (every three months), or yearly—until I cancel it. The following prices apply:

For yearly and quarterly memberships, the monthly price shown above is provided only as a monthly equivalent. Yearly memberships are charged for the full year in advance, and quarterly memberships are charged for the full three-month period in advance. Monthly memberships are charged one month at a time.

The initial charge is due when I complete my purchase. Each renewal charge will include the applicable charge for the primary member and the applicable charge for each additional sibling enrolled under the membership and the applicable charge for shipping/handling.

I may cancel my membership at any time through my Fun Squad Club Members Portal (“Account Settings” in the “Parent Mode”) or by emailing support@thefunsquad.com. If cancellation occurs on the website, cancellation will take effect immediately and I will no longer be charged and my account will remain active/open until the end of my then-current paid membership period, and I will continue to have access to the membership through the end of that period.

There is no minimum purchase obligation beyond the billing period I select. If I select an annual membership, I am purchasing and paying for a full one-year membership period. If I select a quarterly membership, I am purchasing and paying for a full three-month membership period. If I select a monthly membership, I am purchasing and paying for one month at a time.

The membership price may change in the future. Kids Fun TV, LLC will provide advance notice of any price change as required by applicable law. Unless I cancel before the price change takes effect, my membership will renew at the new price stated in the notice.
